Come to practice yoga, meet like-minded people and enjoy good food with us every weekend in our cozy and familiar location in El Palmar de Vejer.
Morning starts with a yoga practice in our beautiful garden followed by a delicious holistic vegetarian brunch. All meals are dairy/gluten-free and homemade with LOVE.

About your Yoga Teacher, Tiina:
Tiina is a really passionate and creative yoga teacher, originally born in Finland, but has fallen in love with culture and life in Spain. She lives Yoga every day, not just on the mat, but has also devoted her life to be kind, open-hearted, and truly happy and free. As a teacher, she is really patient and encouraging everyone to fully enjoy and cross their limits on the yoga mat. Her classes are always full of positive energy and a perfect match of challenge and fun.
About your Chef, Albert:Albert is a plant-based natural chef and a holistic health coach born in Barcelona. He is believing in as the more healthy and homemade your food is the more happy you will be. He loves to discover new cultures and live a simple life surrounded by nature which inspires him of cooking and enrich his creative mind with new ideas and dishes. He is passionate to help others to find the best way to feel good and live a healthy, happy life.
